At Divine Hair & Lash, we have a ‘No Double Dipping Policy’ that ensures our wax specialists are using a clean wax stick for each application of wax during your service. Some medications, such as: Renova, Accutane, and Retin-A, are advised to steer clear of waxing. We offer hard wax for a Brazilian wax treatment for the following areas:

SALON POLICIES

PREPARING FOR YOUR EYELASH APPOINTMENT

  • Please come to your appointment with a clean face, no mascara and avoid applying moisturizer and sunblock near the eye area prior to your appointment
  • Shower prior to your appointment
  • Do not wear contacts to avoid any discomfort
  • Avoid drinking caffeine

AFTER CARE

  • It’s crucial to take care of your stunning new lashes after getting them in order to make sure they last. After applying eyelashes, wait between 24 and 48 hours before getting them wet.
  • Never use anything with oil on your eyes.
  • Sleep on your back or side
  • Brush lashes at least once or twice a day with a spoolie
  • Do not pick or pull your lashes
  • Wash your lashes with a lash cleanser regularly and dry them on cool low setting
  • Do not curl your lashes
  • Avoid heavy makeup
  • Do not apply mascara to your eyelash extensions
  • Get touch-up treatments every 2 weeks
  • If you need to remove your lash extensions due to an allergic reaction, please inform us and schedule an appointment within 48 hours. After 48 hours, a lash removal service fee will be charged

Reservations Policy

All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit will be used towards your service. The rest of the balance will be due at the time of your appointment

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited with less than 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, changes, or no call/ no shows. If canceled within 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be credited towards your next service (Rescheduling to use the same deposit must be made within a month).

If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will lose your deposit. Another deposit will be needed to rebook.

We ask that you come to your appointment with clean eyelashes, or you will be charged an additional service fee for the lash bath.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Divine Hair and Lash. We offer returns and refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a returns or refunds of any kind. Your item must be unused and unopened.

COVID-19

    1. We will implement personal safety measures that include wearing masks and washing our hands frequently before and after each client.
    2. The treatment room will be fully sanitized in between each client.
    3. We ask that you be on time for your appointment (no earlier or later).
    4. We’ll ask that you come unaccompanied to your appointments. Drivers and companions can wait for you in the car. We will no longer have a waiting area.
    5. All clients are required to wear face masks for the duration of their visit. Masks are available for purchase if needed.
    6. Please do not bring any food or drinks to your appointment.
    7. We will ask that you sanitize your hands at the arrival of your appointment.
    8. If you are not feeling well, have been around anyone that tested positive for COVID-19, or traveled outside Massachusetts within the last two weeks, please reschedule your appointment accordingly.
